Seminar & Networking Reception | UK ECM in 2022: Mid-Year Review and Legal Update
Thomson Reuters Practical Law and the Forum for US Securities Lawyers in London (the “Forum”) are teaming up to bring you a capital markets focused panel event to update you on business trends and legal developments in UK capital markets.
We will kick off with a business-focused panel of market experts (including Goldman Sachs and Reuters) to talk about factors impacting ECM and the capital markets in the first half of 2022 and their predictions for the second half.
This will be followed by a legal discussion with top practitioners on proposed regulatory changes, including the recommendations of the UK Secondary Capital Raising Review (whose report to HM Treasury is expected this summer) and their interaction with US Rule 144A and Rule 10b-5 practices.
